Welcome

Welcome to the 2018 Spring Kelly Post Boys Team Registration with Towson Recreational Council.

Kelly Post is not-for-profit organization that operates based on volunteer administrators and coaches. We do not offer refunds. We can only have a limited number of teams at each age group due to limited field space. Once you have paid we will not issue a refund for a player that is not happy with his placement.

Register now for Kelly Post Spring 2018 Lacrosse.

Evaluations for all travel teams have already taken place and teams are set.  However, opportunities for in-house are still available.

We are accepting registrations in the following age groups:

  • Ducks (DOB 9/1/11 - 8/31/13)
  • Clinic (DOB 9/1/10 - 8/31/11)
  • Tykers (DOB 9/1/2008 - 8/31/2010)

Program details:

Ducks:  An introduction to lacrosse, with a focus on basic stick skills and fun.  This is a non-contact program without pads.  Boys play Saturdays in April and May for one hour at Dumbarton Middle School in the early afternoon.  Players only need to bring a stick and purchase lacrosse gloves.

Clinic:  This is the first introduction to full pad, limited contact lacrosse.  Teams will practice one night per week at Towson High School, and play one hour games in the afternoons on Saturdays at Dumbarton Middle School in April and May.

Tyker in-house:  This is the next step up for kids in Clinic, but is still a good option for first-time players as well.  Kids play in pads, practice two nights per week (likely at Meadowood) and play games in the late afternoon on Saturdays at Dumbarton Middle School in April and May.  An all-star team can be formed and will be given the option to play in summer tournaments depending on coaches availability and interest.
