Due to high demand, we will be closing Registration for our In-House Clinic and Tyker Girls leagues.  All other divisions remain open at this time.

We plan to make significant changes to our program over the coming weeks, months, and years.  We know that our initial price increase was shocking to many families, so we put pencil to paper to reduce costs while providing a superior lacrosse experience for your daughter/s.  We have refined and adjusted prices for the Spring ’24 season.   Rest assured that we have our eyes on Great things at Kelly Post.  You can be part of the experience too!

League Dates Spring ‘24:

• Travel team practices could begin as early as February 15th with first MYLA games scheduled for March 23rd.
• In- House team Practices begin the week of March 11th with the first games on March 16th. (weather permitting)!
• No Practices the week of March 25th – 29th (BCPS Closed and Easter Weekend).
• No Games on March 30th.
• Season Ends on May 18th. Participation in Post-Season tournaments may incur an additional fee.

Age Groupings for Spring 2024:

Kelly Post Girls In-House Leagues:

• Travel team practices could begin as early as March 1st.  First MYLA games scheduled for March 23rd.
• In- House team Practices begin the week of March 11th with the first games on March 16th. (weather permitting)!
• No Practices the week of March 25th – 29th (BCPS Closed and Easter Weekend).
• No Games on March 30th.
• Season Ends on May 18th.

KP Tiny:  (DOB 9/1/19-3/1/20) NEW!!! COED!!! -

• Cost: $180
• 4-Year-old Program
• Each registered player will receive a New Warrior Warp stick or similar.
• Each player will receive a KP TINY Lacrosse T-Shirt.
• Play times:  Saturday Mornings, TBD Meadowood Park.

Clinic:  Age Group (9/1/16-8/31/18) Kdg. & 1st Grade

• Cost: $175 $250
• This age group will be divided into equal teams and play only other in-House Kelly Post teams. The Girls will be introduced to basic skills and concepts of girl's lacrosse with an emphasis the development and mastery of fundamental skills and game IQ. Learning to be part of, play with, and contribute to a team are essential components of the Kelly Post Program. Clinic teams will play on a Tyker Sized field with no goalie and will begin the year playing 6 v 6 and end the season 7 v 7.
  • Every Player receives and keeps a New Sublimated KP Girls Lacrosse Jersey and Shorts.
  • Teams will practice 2x per week (location TBD)
  • Teams Play (1) game per week (possible double-header, depending on league size)
  • One coach will be allowed on the field during games to aid in instruction.
  • All New players receive a free STX Stick with their registration!!!
  • Players can upgrade to the STX Exult 200 Girl's Starter Pack in either Pink or Blue for an additional $35 at checkout

Tyker: Age Group (9/1/14-8/31/16) 2nd/3rd Grade

Tyker In-House:

• Cost: $175 $250        
• Every Player receives and keeps a New Sublimated KP Girls Lacrosse Jersey and Shorts.
• 8 v 8 (including goalie) on smaller field.
• Travel Team evaluations will take place in January at Loyola University Airdome.
• In-house Teams compete only against other Kelly Post teams (Travel team(s) compete in MYLA in appropriate division (A, B or C)).
• High school lacrosse players officiate in-house games.
• Practices could begin the week of March 11th (weather permitting) with the first games on March 23rd. (weather permitting)!
  • No Practices the week of March 25th – 29th (BCPS Closed and Easter Weekend).
  • No Games on March 30th. (Easter Weekend)
  • Season Ends on May 18th.
  • In-house practices one day per week and has games on Sundays.
  • If there is sufficient interest, a possible all-star team from in-house League may form one or more All-Star teams to compete in the LaxSplash Tournament.
  • Typically, All in-house programming takes place at Overlook Park.

Tyker Travel:

• Cost: $175 w/ an additional $100 due if player is selected for a Tyker Travel Team
• Every Player receives and keeps a New Sublimated KP Girls Lacrosse Jersey and Shorts.
• Travel Team evaluations will take place in January at Loyola University Airdome.
• Travel teams Have two practices per week and play most games on weekends (occasionally, there will be a game and practice during the week).
• Travel teams will also participate in at least one Summer Tournament (LaxSplash). All in-house programming takes place at Overlook Park.
• Travel team practices take place at Towson High School (grass field). Travel games take place at various locations.
• MYLA referees officiate travel team games.
• Practices could begin the week of March1st (weather permitting) with the first games on March 23rd. (weather permitting)!
  • No Practices the week of March 25th – 29th (BCPS Closed and Easter Weekend).
  • No Games on March 30th. (Easter Weekend)
  • Season Ends on May 18th.
  • Teams will practice 2x per week (location TBD)
  • Early season weekend games
  • Weekday games later in season
  • Teams typically Play (1) game per week.

Lightning:  Age Group (9/1/12-8/31/14) 4th / 5th Grade

• Cost $300 $450         
• Every Player receives and keeps a New Sublimated KP Girls Lacrosse Jersey and Shorts.
• 12 v12; Travel; modified checking below the shoulder; 25 min halves
• Practices could begin the week of March1st (weather permitting) with the first games on March 16th. (weather permitting)!
  • No Practices the week of March 25th – 29th (BCPS Closed and Easter Weekend).
  • No Games on March 30th.
  • Season Ends on May 18th.
  • Teams will practice 2x per week (location TBD)
  • Early season weekend games
  • Weekday games later in season

Middie:  Age Group (9/1/2010-8/31/2012) 6th/ 7th Grade

• Cost $300 $450

• Team participation in LaxSplash and/or other tournament.
• 12 v 12; Travel; modified checking below the shoulder; 25 min halves
• Practices could begin the week of March1st (weather permitting) with the first games on March 16th. (weather permitting)!
